Service Policy

LUUM provides stunning lashes, surprisingly fast using robotic technology and a lash artist. Our award-winning technology offers a safer, faster, and more comfortable experience, ensuring beautiful, consistent results every time. Refills only offered within 24 days from your last LUUM Lash appointment. We don’t offer fills or removals for lashes applied elsewhere. If a client has existing lashes from another provider, they’ll need to wait until they naturally fall off or have them removed elsewhere. We recommend scheduling the removal at least 24 hours before their new lash application.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy 

We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us accommodate other clients and manage our schedule professionally. 

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours of the appointment time) and no-shows are subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.

Late cancellation and no-show are defined as:

  • Cancelling less than 24 hours, OR

  • Missing an appointment without prior notice, OR

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late, which will automatically cancel (or reschedule) your appointment due to limited service time remaining. 

We appreciate your cooperation, as we try to honor all our clients’ schedules.


Decency Policy

We reserve the right to restrict or refuse service to customers who have missed more than one appointment or to customers who show up too late to receive their scheduled service. We reserve the right to restrict or refuse service to anyone who violates LUUM’s or any of our store partner’s policies.
